All donations go directly into the bank accounts of profiled mosques or charities.

2 Is saving my debit card on PaySabil safe?

Yes. Your card is not saved on PaySabil but your bank application integrated through PaySabil.

3How does PaySabil support itself?

PaySabil charges a platform management fee (agreed by the receiver of donations) on every donation made. For more, please read our terms of service

4 What is PaySabil PVC?

The PaySabil Project Validation Council (PVC) is an independent body consisting of community and thought leaders who check and validate all mosques and projects, ensuring that their processes conform to principles of transparency, good conduct and in the best interest of the community, country and humanity in general. All mosques and projects MUST be validated by the PVC before listing on PaySabil.

6 Can I make donations when I'm out of the country?

Yes, you can (subject to the conditions of your bank)

7What options do I have to make donations on the app?

You can make donations by using 1)USSD 2) Saving your credit/debit card details (fast check out) or the 3rd option (One time checkout without saving credit/debit card details)

8Is my payment secured?

Yes, your payment is secured as PaySabil uses top tier security protection, and all your payment is processed via your bank.

9How often can I donate?

There is no limit to how many times you can donate.

10How long does it take for the beneficiary mosque or charity to receive my donation?

PaySabil uses banks and payment processing companies that conclude transmission within 48hours, but your mosque or charity of choice receives a credit alert instantly.

11Are my details going to be shared with the beneficiary mosque or charity?

No, unless you require that PaySabil disclose the details to the mosque or charity.

12Is there a minimum or maximum amount I can donate?

The minimum amount you can donate is N100.00 and there is no maximum (subject to the limit set by your bank)

13Who is a PaySabil Partner?

The PaySabil Partner is an independent volunteer who shares the objectives of the PaySabil Platform. The Partner is responsible for promoting the PaySabil Platform to mosques and worshipers, as well as, validating, verifying and on boarding mosques and projects of an assigned location on the PaySabil platform.

Yes. You can always make a donation/ sadaqah/Zakat by clicking on the Donate Sadaqah button on our website (here) and very soon via SMS and other social media apps like WhatsApp, Twitter, Facebook, Telegram etc..(keep following our social media handles for more details)

17How does PaySabil filter out the mosques or charities that are eligible to receive donations?

PaySabil has a strict routine of validating mosques and charities before listing on the platform. Our operations team MUST meet with mosque/charity committee, the mosque/charity MUST sign a receiver’s agreement, the mosque/charity MUST submit a signed referenced letter from its bank, and all process MUST be validated by PaySabil project validation council (PVC)
